A Labor of Love (and TO Labor in Luxury)
When it comes to giving birth, you deserve luxury. I well-remember my 12 hours of, ahem, delightful experiencing the Natural Way (it redefined my future labor plans to include three words, drugs drugs drugs!)…anything that would have alleviated it would have been a godsend to me.

Mount Sinai in New York offers rooms with wood paneling concealing the medical equipment, luxury sleeper chairs for partners and spa-inspired bathrooms with showers with Italian glass tile, elegant sconces, and decorative mirrors. There are also internet ports in each room . …MORE…
‘course, this isn’t anything new - back in 1987, we had:
…spacious pastel-colored rooms have rocking chairs, double beds, ample bureau space, color televisions and private bathrooms. You can dial room service and waiters bring gourmet dinners served on chinaware and crystal. Meals that include chicken cordon bleu, prime rib, or even champagne and candlelight, are typical fare.

And for the ultimate in luxury, a jacuzzi is down the hall.
Reservations can be made nine months in advance. Pregnancy is the only prerequisite for a one-to-three-day stay at the new Childbirth Center at Griffin Hospital in Derby….MORE….
Ah, to be young again. Perhaps one could hire someone else to undergo your labor.
ThankYouVeryMuch!
