But is that really all? To wit:

The bright side is that while you are syncing your schedule and e-mail on your iPhone (AT&T, which will provide the Wi-Fi, is the exclusive carrier of the iPhone in the U.S.), you can also surf the Web or compose an e-mail on your laptop at the same time.

The down side is that once you log-in to your free AT&T Wi-Fi account with one device, the clock starts ticking…and doesn’t stop even if you logout one or both devices/computers. Two consecutive hours per day, that’s it….MORE…

Did you realize that if you program in your passwords and then see your iPhone waft off in the hands of a pickpocket, you’ve just given away your identity complete with auto-access?

• Keep it with you at all times. Are you at a bar or party? If so, don’t take out your iPhone in public - there are professional pickpocketers who will work in tandem. One will distract you, the other will zero in on the iPhone you had so blatantly displayed before.
• Don’t keep it clipped in view. Want to have your iphone conveniently clipped to your belt? DON’T. It’s easy to snatch off.
• DO keep it clipped to something else. Or better yet, hide it in your pocket/bag.

Alas, therein lies the rub - you have to keep track of all your business expenses in order to achieve this nirvana. Filling your car up with gas, taking your customers out to lunch, buying that super-cool-Wii cutting-edge business entertainment software…keeping track of all those receipts is my personal view of Just a Little Bit of Hell.

But now you may fear not, gentle readers! For it was just reported at MacOSXhints that you can use your iPhone to enter in such crucial mind-numbing data into personalized spreadsheets created by, of course, Google Docs. To wit:

… To get started, go to Google Docs (sign-up if necessary), create a new spreadsheet. If you want, you can add a few columns with a header row to make things a little easier in the next step. Then, go to Share and invite yourself with the ‘to fill out a form’ option. You’ll then be able to configure your form.
